"Carbon Peak, carbon neutrality" work has also become an important part of the overall layout of ecological civilization construction, and the regulation of carbon emissions has become more and more strict. Under this general background, after research, it was decided to establish the Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center, which consists of photovoltaic, wind power, electricity, carbon neutrality and other think tanks. By carrying out legal academic theoretical research, decision-making consultation, exchange and cooperation, talent training, and professional training in the new energy field, we will strive to build the research center into a high-end top think tank in the new energy field, promote the national legislative process, and improve the rule of law in new energy.
