Gathering in Yanzhao Land to Discuss the Development of New Energy

——Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center Appears at the 2nd China (Hebei) New Energy Industry Summit in 2023

From September 21 to 22, 2023, representatives from the Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center participated in the second China (Hebei) New Energy Industry Summit held in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. This summit is guided by the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It is hosted by International Energy Network and hosted by Hebei Jingyang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. More than 80 leaders and experts from Hebei Province's energy regulatory department, energy experts, energy central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, etc. jointly attended, with over 350 guests attending the event. The aim is to promote the shared high-quality development and cooperation of the new energy industry, providing a true "zero carbon summit" for relevant enterprises, governments, and research institutions.

During the summit, representatives from the Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center deeply participated in various activities and had extensive exchanges with entrepreneurs, experts, scholars, and government representatives from all over the country. The delegation members include Director Wo Xingwei, Secretary General Zhang Lexiang, and relevant experts from the Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center. We also had full communication with the energy regulatory department of Hebei Province, energy experts, representatives of energy central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, enterprises, and on-site guests who attended the meeting.

Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center is an academic research institution mainly built by Beijing Huawo Fawang Technology Co., Ltd. and relying on the "carbon neutral" legal research center of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of North China Electric Power University as a think tank. It has research departments such as carbon neutrality, photovoltaic wind power, smart grid, and public welfare poverty alleviation. Closely cooperate with competent departments, industry organizations and new energy enterprises, cooperate with media in professional fields such as International Energy Network, Sobi Photovoltaic Network and Lawyer Seeking Network, and provide legal services for the "going global" of the new energy industry by carrying out practical research in the new energy field, legal policy advice, legal problem solving, legal dispute mediation, academic theory research, talent training, and centering on the construction of the "the Belt and Road", Safeguarding new energy enterprises.
