2024年8月22日，华沃新能源法律政策研究中心作为行业内的权威机构，受邀参加了在江苏省南京市举办的“新三样”国际贸易专题培训研讨会。此次会议汇聚了众多新能源汽车、锂电池和光伏产品（“新三样”）领域的专家学者、企业代表及法律政策研究人员，共同探讨国际贸易新形势下的挑战与机遇。

On October 26, 2023, the highly anticipated 2023 Shaanxi Distributed Photovoltaic Forum was held in Xi'an. This forum has attracted more than 300 industry experts, entrepreneurs, policy makers, researchers, and other representatives to actively explore industry hotspots and pain points, pulse industry development trends, effectively connect resources, technology, information, and scientific and technological achievements, deepen exchanges and cooperation, and further tap the development potential of the photovoltaic industry in Shaanxi region. Professor Du Bo, Director of the "Carbon Neutrality" Legal Research Center at the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of North China Electric Power University and Chief Researcher at the Huawo New Energy Legal Policy Research Center, delivered a keynote speech on "Legal Risk Prevention and Dispute Resolution of Photovoltaic Projects" at the conference.
From September 21 to 22, 2023, representatives from the Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center participated in the second China (Hebei) New Energy Industry Summit held in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. This summit is guided by the Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Hebei Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. It is hosted by International Energy Network and hosted by Hebei Jingyang Energy Technology Co., Ltd. More than 80 leaders and experts from Hebei Province's energy regulatory department, energy experts, energy central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, etc. jointly attended, with over 350 guests attending the event. 习近平总书记提出“碳达峰”、“碳中和”的“双碳”目标，发展新能源对于促进“双碳”目标的实现具有推动性意义。光伏发电是新能源体系中的重要组成部分，国家能源监管部门出台相关政策积极推广光伏发电应用。将光伏发电政策问题分宏观、中观、微观三个层面，利用“能源不可能三角”模型，综合探讨新能源体系下光伏发电的相关政策，根据“能源不可能三角”中经济性、生态性和安全性之间存在兼容的可能性，凝练出综合调整原则、前瞻性原则、尊重客观规律原则和协调原则。提出在宏观、中观、微观三个层面的政策完善建议构想，以支撑清洁低碳、安全高效的能源体系建设，为光伏发电发展，为新能源高质量发展，助推“双碳”目标实现提供参考。

On June 30, 2023, Fan Yufei, editor in chief of the International Energy Network, Professor Du Bo, director of the "carbon neutral" legal research center of the School of Humanities of North China Electric Power University, Principal investigator of the Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center, and Wu Xingwei, Huang Yinhua, Zhang Lexiang, heads of the Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center, gathered in Shanxi Hall, and all parties discussed how to further deepen the link between new energy enterprises and new energy legal think tanks, The editor in chief of the International Energy Network introduced the future development direction and upcoming projects of the International New Energy Network to the attendees.
