Researcher Introduction

Li Qiang, a lawyer, started his career as a lawyer in 1995. He is a partner of Beijing Yingke Law Firm, a specially invited researcher of Sino American Management science Research Institute, a legal expert of PPP project think tank of Investment and Finance Committee of China Investment Association under the National Development and Reform Commission, a member of Beijing Real Estate Law Society, and a researcher of Huawo New Energy Law and Policy Research Center.
Served as legal counsel for several large enterprise groups, including Eastern Bloc Co., Ltd. (A-share listed company, securities code: 600811), Yongtai Energy Co., Ltd. (A-share listed company, securities code: 600157) and its controlling shareholders Yongtai Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Management Department of Minsheng Bank, Harbin Branch of Yingkou Bank, Huaying Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd China Regenerative medicine International Co., Ltd. (listed in Hong Kong, stock code: 08158) and its wholly-owned domestic subsidiary, Zhongsheng Medical Technology Co., Ltd., have provided legal services for many large-scale investment projects and merger and acquisition projects, undertaken many major civil and commercial disputes, and accumulated rich legal practical experience.
